Job Title: UI - UX Developer / Senior Developer

Purpose of the Job: To be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital initiatives

Experience required: 6 to 12 years+

Roles and Skill set required

• Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
• To deliver adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology
• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge in communicating feature requirements across various platforms (Web, Android, and iOS) via low and high-fidelity prototypes.
• To deliver adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Job Title: Programmer / Senior Programmer – Web

Purpose of the Job: To develop, deliver and maintain dynamic user friendly web applications with established timelines

Experience required: 6 to 12 years+

Roles and Skill set required

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements
• Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design, Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date
• Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)
• Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive web applications
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Building reusable code libraries for future use
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Proficient in PHP, and PHP frameworks like Yii2/Laravel.
• Deep knowledge of SQL queries and query optimization.
• Database design, Data structures, queues
• Web development using Kotlin/Java and/or React Native
• Ability to design and develop scalable optimized backend application.

Job Title: Programmer / Senior Programmer – Mobile Apps

Purpose of the Job: To develop, deliver and maintain dynamic user friendly mobile applications with established timelines

Experience required: 6 to 12 years+

Roles and Skill set required

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Write efficient codes for mobile applications
• Monitoring the performance of live apps and work on optimizing them at the code level
• Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends and implementing as needed
• Experience in developing mobile applications using native or hybrid technologies for both Android and iOS.
• Experience working in all aspects of the mobile lifecycle, including application development (application structure, device, and operatiing systems API- s, debugging, performance, security) and deployment.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
• Idea about cross-platform mobile frameworks, such as Flutter, React Native and Xamarin.
• Understanding of Googles Material Design and Apples HIG and experience with building or leveraging design systems on mobile platforms.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git & Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of Android and iOS SDKs, different versions of Android & iOS, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience required: 0-5yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should be GOOD at Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, USE CASES, UAT etc.
• Gathering requirements and documenting in detail basis all variations
• Intermediate / advanced excel skill is ADDED PLUS
• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-IT and functional information to IT
• Ability to make quick and informed decisions.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience required: 6 to 12 years+

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry
• Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums - this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person
• Working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of clients
• Keeping on top of administrative tasks - such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems
• Holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
