Returns Policy


Kisangates Return and Replacement Policy offers no return of goods once delivered. If you choose to return on grounds mentioned below, kindly see our return policy period applicable for different categories and seller. If at the time of delivery and/or within the applicable return policy period, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s from the seller subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Notify us of any defects in the product/s at the time of delivery of the product/s and/or within the applicable return policy period and the same product/s will be replaced in return of the defective product/s.
  • Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with the seller.
  • Replacement are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team
  • Products must be returned within 07 days from the day of delivery

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product;
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
  • Products with tampered or missing identification numbers;
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
  • Anything which is ‘made to order’ on customer’s request

RETURN POILCY

Return is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the User on the KISANGATES Website/App. Following situations may arise:

  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged during the Shipping
  • Products was / were missing
  • Wrong item was sent
  • Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.
  • We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. Buyer needs to raise the return request within the return period applicable to the respective product. Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting us on Our Toll Free Number, On certain select days as specified by KISANGATES, separate policies may be applicable. For returning products, the following parameters needs to be ensured by the Buyer:
  • Seeds: Should be “New” and returned with original packaging
  • Crop Protection/Crop & Animal Nutrition Products: Should be “New” and returned with original packaging
  • Bottled Products: Should be “New & Unopened”
  • No return is allowed for poultry vaccines
  • Hardware Products: Should be “New” and returned with original packaging
  • If the product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then user shall not be entitled to any refund of money.
  • Products must be returned within 07 days from the day of delivery
  • In case you had purchased a product which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped and the like. Buyer needs to raise the replacement request within the return period applicable to the respective product. Once Buyer has raised a replacement request by contacting Us on the Toll Free Number provided on the Website/App. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed: Buyer is asked for “Reason for Return”. Among others, the following are the leading reasons:

  • Shipping was damaged
  • Item was defective
  • Item Dead on Arrival i.e Chicks
  • Item(s) were missing
  • Wrong item sent

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kisangates.com.

GOVERNING LAW:

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No -F4, Prakruthi Apartments, Alacrity,100 ft road, Vijayanagar, Velacherry, chennai-600042 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
